Return Policy

To initiate a return, go to the Contact Us
page and send us an email. You will need your order number or sales receipt reference number and the reason for the return. Make sure the product is in original condition and includes all materials (manual, nuts, bolts, and other). Returns are accepted up to 60 days after the original purchase date. Return shipping cannot be refunded. Please get a tracking number for all return items, as we are not responsible for lost goods coming back to our warehouse.

Returns after 60 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. All returns accepted back within the 60 days are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping.
